Proposal Design Manager Jobs in Quebec

5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management and leadership in complex cross-functional teams and projects in a B2B context 

Identify the UX Team’s needs with regards to processes, design and research tools, documentation and asset management to optimize their impact 

Partner with product managers and their team leaders to identify opportunities to improve the design process and iterate on them 

Exceptional presentation and communication skills with both internal and external audiences  

Possess strong analytical skills, data-driven, and a passion for human-centric problem solving 

Experience in conducting UX research and/or managing ResearchOps successfully

8+ years of experience in a design-focused operations or program management role.

Experience bringing order to complex situations with various stakeholders who approach problems in different ways.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience operationalizing User Research, Content Strategy, and Design Systems.

Report to the VP of Design and be the first member of the Design Operations team.

Build processes and systems to ensure our Design org can scale effectively as it continues to grow year-over-year.

Strong organizational and time management skills including ability to quickly shift priorities

Additional customer related management tools as determined by the Business Operations teams

Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in proposal development in CRO and/or Pharma Outsourcing Arena.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost modeling and model development and analysis

Primary responsibility for development and maintenance of the financial tools to be used by the Business Operations Department

Review RFP documents from clients and help identify key service requirements and assumptions needed for budget and proposal development.

Coordinate and lead core RFP development meetings, with attendance from broader company representatives, including sales, operational review and finance teams.

Assist in the maintenance of departmental records and internal and intercompany reporting requirements.

4 - year college degree or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline

3-5 years' experience of proposal and/or contract development experience

Past experience in a CRO environment
