Overview Payment Specialists are responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and managing customer accounts. They ensure that payments are received and processed in a timely manner, and that customer accounts are kept up to date. Payment Specialists must have excellent customer service skills, as they often interact with customers and vendors. Payment Specialists must have excellent customer service skills, as they often interact with customers and vendors. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Payment Specialists must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. They must be able to accurately enter data into accounting systems, and must be able to reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports. Payment Specialists must also be able to identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• At least two years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
