Overview Payment Specialists are responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and managing customer accounts. They ensure that payments are received and processed in a timely manner, and that customer accounts are kept up to date. Payment Specialists must have excellent customer service skills, as they often interact with customers and vendors.
