Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools.

Prepare customer lists with campaign management toolset to meet the requirements of documented technical requirements

Working knowledge of customer relationship management, campaign design and development

Review and analyze campaign business requirements and produce Technical Implementation Plans

Manage project timelines and key deliverable dates

5+ years professional experience writing and designing SQL queries (intermediate to advanced skills)

5+ years' experience within in the capacity of a BA/BSA

3+ years recent experience using Wallstreet FX hands-on as a technology specialist

Hands-on experience with the SDLC (testing and technical specifications), as well as a strong understanding of configurations, technical mappings, data attributes

Post-secondary education in a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Minimum three years experience in Business Intelligence, specifically in data and analytics.

Experience creating reports/dashboards with large data sets.

Experience with different database platforms, data models, data warehouse operations, data integration, and transformation.

Experience working with teams to reach desired results.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards, such as CBAP.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Experience working for a credit union

Experience in a high volume environment

Credit adjudication experience (a strong asset)

Experience reading business financials (a strong asset)

Collaborate with the Data Management team to maintain and improve the performance of data sources used as part of BI products.

Stakeholder Management and Team Collaboration:

Can run requirement sessions with a product or data team to discuss relevant requirements and best solutions

Support the execution of L&D programs for BI-related tooling (Data Catalog & Tableau) and proficient SQL skills

Provide broad growth impact, through internal skill shares, public user groups, blog posts or similar.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or data insights

1-2 years relevant work experience in sales, analytics, finance, or category management (Foodservice industry or B2B experience a plus)

Build knowledge base in managing reporting platforms to ensure data integrity

Strong analytical skills and high intellectual curiosity

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally

Deliver and present data and findings in a meaningful format to key stakeholders in support of business initiatives and projects

Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends

Possess basic knowledge and some experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and use Visual Studio to create sophisticated ETL processes.

Collaborate with project management leads to complete tasks to spec and on schedule.

Apply academic knowledge of SQL development best practices to create and modify existing solutions utilizing Stored Procedures, CTEs, user-defined functions, etc.

Understand project requirements and transform them into technical solutions and documentation.

Good understanding of concepts and some experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.

1 or more years of experience working with data transformation and analysis, using SQL, BI tools and visualization instruments.

Responsible for CRS Data management and integrity, including review of various data sources to identify an issues or required changes

Assist with data management and ad hoc data queries

Assist in management of the capital calls database and the coordination of rating tasks for capital call loans

Provide analytical and data management support on ad hoc initiatives

Strong PC skills including extensive experience with:

Review of loan documentation in order to establish the appropriate reporting requirements/tasks in the Compliance and Reporting System (CRS)
