Provide project management for BI solutions for new customer implementations

Work with external and internal customers to gather comprehensive requirements and document them formally

Good understanding and working experience of transactional and dimensional data models

Bachelor degree or above qualification preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.

Experience with provincial Management Information Systems (OHRS/MIS) and Geographic Information Systems software an asset.

Supports definition, development and reporting of key indicators for home and community care performance management, quality improvement and accountability reporting.

Reports risks with causes, impacts or mitigations beyond scope of responsibility to management.

University degree or college diploma in computer science, data management or related field

Knowledge of the interRAI suite of tools and experience with the HCCSS Client Health and Related Information System (CHRIS) an asset.

Participates in quality assurance/software testing of provincial initiatives to ensure the solution meets the identified requirements.

Education and practical experience using common data sources and APIs such as ODBC, OData, MS SQL, and Azure SQL

A firm understanding of software change management process and testing

Work with business teams and finance reporting personnel to analyze data and translate business needs into technical specification

Experience using Power BI, MS Visual Studio is an asset.
