Junior Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs in Alberta

Post-secondary education in computer science or related discipline from an accredited institution

3+ years' experience in a Business Intelligence development role

2+ years' experience in a team leadership role

2+ years' experience with Power BI

Demonstrated experience using creative techniques in data visualization and storytelling

Hands-on design and development experience using SQL, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and ETL

You have post-secondary education in Business Administration, Statistics or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

You have experience with data/information/knowledge, business intelligence systems/approaches, data warehousing including reporting tools.

Review requests, collaborate with business users and vendors to elicit, standardize, define, and document requirements.

You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a financial institution.

You have experience with data engineering and experience scripting T-SQL in an MSSQL environment.

At your core, you are analytical, detail oriented and technically astute.

Experience with IT service management (ITIL)

Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with stakeholders and/or management

2+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Experience being involved in the entire(Software Development Life Cycle)SDLC

Experience working within a waterfall environment
