Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions, develop and maintain effective data reporting tools, and use their expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365 suite, SQL, and forward-thinking to help drive growth and innovation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Stay up to date with the latest data analytics technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously improve our data analytics processes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Create business process automation and custom applications using Power Apps.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain effective data reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations that provide accurate and timely insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide them with actionable insights that help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in a related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business intelligence analysis or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365 suite, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Excellent social skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
Forward-thinking and able to innovate and develop new solutions to improve our data analytics processes.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Waterloo, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
