Minimum of 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in a unionized environment.

Experience working in a large and complex organization or public sector (asset).

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and collective agreements.

Effective time management abilities, organizing and prioritizing skill to meet deadlines and deliver high- quality work in a timely manner

Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the organization and within the HR team

Provide transactional support to Business Unit leadership for all HR related matters

Update, process and maintain HR systems to reflect accurate employee data; and provide data and reports to leadership as requested

Collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries and improve processes for an optimal employee experience through a case management model

A minimum of 2-3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferably in onboarding and/or dispatch.

Previous experience in construction and/or oil and gas industries preferred
