University degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience (internal and external), increase hiring efficiency

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

Hands-on experience with HR software, like HRIS (Hibob) and ATS (Lever), is a plus

Strong communication skills in English and French (oral and written)

Provide operation and administrative support to the HR team

Assist in the management of maternity/paternity/parental/sickness leaves.

Carry out data entry in our systems (new employees, changes in employee files, group insurance).

Knowledge of Office and G Suite

Studies in human resources, industrial relations or work experience in an HR department are an asset

Experience with an HRIS is also an asset

Prepare digital and physical employee files (contracts, new starter documents).

Excellent time management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks

Manages all policies, employee acknowledgements, and electronic employee personnel files within HR

Manage the documentation of business processes to ensure the team develops and implements solutions that meet business needs

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills required

Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

The HR Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned
