Identifies training requirements for team as well as customers with respect to Sysco related systems.

Liaise with National Sales Canada VP National Account’s / National Account Manager’s

Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.

Minimum of three (3+) years’ work experience in a sales role.

Manages the manufacturer subvention invoicing process for all Indirect Auto Manufacturer partners:

Develops, implements, and manages the process of processing billing records and generating invoices and flat files for the manufacturer partners.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Apache Hive and Excel is required

5 to 7 years of experience in project management and client-facing roles

Plan and coordinate project management activities including procurement, risk, cost, schedule, scope, record management

Manage client relationships and be attentive to new or changing requirements

Manage change, communicate, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget

Assist clients with defining project requirements, key milestones and success criteria,

Formulate and manage project plans by defining deliverables, identifying and procuring necessary resources, identifying key milestones and reviewing project progress

5+ years experience working directly with/for healthcare and/or life sciences and/or biotech organizations or with vendors in product management roles

Experience as a Product Manager leading cloud, data migration, analytics and/or AI software development projects

As a product manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the sales and product development lifecycle

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer and partner goals, needs and requirements to enhance product development

Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills

Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum processes and related tools (Jira).

Specific Qualifications Or Experience Required

First point of escalation for a team of project managers

At least 5 years of proven experience in SaaS-like products, ideally in a solution management or similar role

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Lead and manage a team of solution engineers dedicated to supporting clients in integrating the Sequence stack into their products

Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of solution engineers or equivalent technical support staff

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Project Management experience an asset

Manage product backlog on assigned products in development

Work with the Manager, Product Solutions to provide product solutions representation on projects

Consult with Implementation Manager on product solutions competitive analysis, product enhancements, rollouts, and training guides for client facing tools

Consult and support the Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of all marketing materials
