Act as company liaison to provide outstanding, courteous, timely, and skilled technical service to Cutera customers.

Responsible for documenting all service activities in compliance with FDA requirements.

Field service or military experience is highly desired

Manage issue resolution against identified service level goals.

3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related aerospace field.

3-5 years’ experience in the Aerospace industry with emphasis on various Business General and Aviation and Commercial type aircrafts.

Responding real time to customer technical inquires via phone, email, in-person.

Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers.

Providing emergency service and repairs using troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
