• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, forms, and applications
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain customer records in customer service software
• Update customer information in the customer service database
• Generate reports to track customer service metrics
