Training, certification or experience in a peer support role an asset

Knowledge of the barriers and stigma experienced by people who use drugs accessing health and social services

High School or post-secondary education is an asset

First Aid and CPR (level C) Certification In-House

Current or past experience with drug use or street level sex work

·Strong organizational, budget development and control, and time management skills.

Work strategically to better integrate programming opportunities and offerings into visitor experience

Visitor and Community Engagement Manager

·Identify gaps in visitor experience and provide future direction and recommendations to the Executive Director.

·University or College degree in Museum Studies, History, Education, or relevant equivalent. Advanced degree an asset.

·Excellent communication skills; familiarity with office communication platforms an asset.

• Experience in website management and web content development.

• Strong project management skills

• Strong organizational (time management), analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in communications,public relations, marketing, and community engagement.

Manager, Marketing & Community Engagement

Minimum of two (2) years in Clerical, client service, education;

Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written);

Three (3) year diploma / degree or equivalent in Business, Recreation;

This position is paid at Payband 10

This position is eligible for hybrid work in conjunction with the College's

Three or more years of experience in an account management role.

Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple high priorities, identify resource needs, drive to completion, prepare reports, and evaluate results.

Eight or more years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech sales role.

Prior experience with opioid antagonist or related products and/or experience within substance abuse treatment environment is preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills

Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.

Proven organizational skills with an emphasis on being detailed-oriented.

Research, analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to gather and analyze data.

Intermediate computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Project and other program planning and evaluation software.
