Provide direct in-reach support for multi-year programs, new programs and programs serving a specific population

Assist with scheduling and implementation of Youth ambassador Volunteers and Corporate Volunteers outreach and marketing activities, campaigns, and strategies

Accurately complete recruitment tracking log and all applicable clinical trial management systems

Work on enrollment and retention initiatives with Community Engagement Manager

Identify appropriate study candidacy based on knowledge of recruiting and upcoming studies

Assist the Community Engagement Manager, Research Operations and/or Investigators with any other tasks as required

2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Event Planning

Basic knowledge of medical conditions and terminology

Excellent relationship management and communications skills

Well-developed and proven project management skills.

Experienced in corporate social responsibility, working with the non-profit sector and social impact partners

8-10 years of experience working within a community investment or social impact role.

Experience implementing a social impact and community investment strategy.

Proven organization and time management skills.

Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Zoom and Outlook.

Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.

Knowledge of not-for-profit community resources is an asset.

Working knowledge of technical aids and devices for people with vision loss is preferred.

Has experience and passion for working with fundraising participants, volunteers, and donors?

Has a track record of strong customer service skills and ability to steward participants?

Is flexible and can manage a diverse workload?

Responsible for revenue generation building and maintains community relationships, including participants, donors, local sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.

Delivers exceptional support to all constituents, including sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

Supports the execution of virtual and team strategy in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.

Experience working with content management systems is an asset.

Understand the legal responsibilities and moral imperative to report suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services.

University Degree or Community College Diploma in related field or equivalent training/work experience.

Minimum one-year experience working with newcomers, providing settlement information and referral

Proven experience in community relations strategies including outreach and engagement

Superb organizational, project and time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements.

Experience working in the non-profit sector and with vulnerable populations.

Excellent attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, research, and analytical skills.

Planning, implementing, executing and evaluating NeighbourLink programming

Collaborating with all NeighbourLink staffto provide appropriate support and develop plans for programming

Partner with Product teams (especially Product Marketing Managers) to leverage the Community to help meet their product adoption goals

Plan and host events on the Community that feature product managers and teams and increase their connections to sellers

Build and manage processes for closed-loop Ideate responses from internal teams including Product.

2+ years work experience in the online community/ customer engagement space

Experience with the following tools: Khoros (fka: Lithium), Asana, Salesforce, Looker

Experience organizing and facilitating high-quality digital programs from concept to planning, production, execution, and retrospective
