What You Need To Know

Customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not a requirement.

Front Desk, Guest Services & Concierge

Full-time, paid work. This will typically be provincial minimum wage plus any gratuities and overtime

Able to demonstrate advanced backcountry travel skills in either skiing or split boarding

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

Collecting, transporting, sorting, washing, drying and folding of hotel linens.

Distributing and stocking linen closets and supply areas.

Be knowledgeable of community and/or resort attractions and events.

Good working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques

Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
