Cronometeris seeking a part-timeOffice Conciergeto join our team in Revelstoke, Canada. This proactive individual will ensure the smooth operation of our office environment and provide support to our team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
Office Maintenance
- Coordinate with external service providers for repairs/maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas and workspaces.
- Maintain first aid kits and keep emergency response plan up to date.
- Stock and organize office supplies, kitchen supplies, and bathroom amenities.
Event Coordina1on
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Organize monthly team events throughout the year (examples from last year include: Games Nights, Lebowski Bowling, Ski Day, Halloween Movie Night, MTB Wedge Wednesday, Full Moon X-Ski Nights...).
- Support the planning and preparation of company wide All Hands Events. These gatherings bring together our teammates from around the world. Super fun.
Errands
- Assemble furniture items (chairs, desks).
- Do the weekly grocery shopping and other errands as needed.
- Pick up and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have your own vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

What we offer:
- Flex Part-Time Schedule: we estimate there will be 6 – 10 hours / week of work.
