Service Concierge

Reports to Fixed Operations

Primary Responsibilities

The Service Concierge is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a world-class experience while checking in their vehicles for service and acquiring a loaner vehicle.

Primary Duties

• Maintain customer drop off area under breezeway free for customers to park when arriving
• Ensure that loaner vehicle contracts are kept up to date.
• Assist with maintaining loaner fleet cleaning and fueling vehicles
• Pick up and drop off customers as required (Shuttle)
• Parking customers vehicles in appropriate area of parking lot
• Keep all loaner vehicle information up to date in BEEM Software System
• Assist with giving out and checking in loaner vehicles and writing contracts.
• Responsible for team greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtaining vehicle information.
• Maintaining clean environment customer breezeway
• Collect outstanding fines as well as toll and fuel charges from customers.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills with a proven ability to learn new software with ease
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting tact, good judgment, diplomacy, and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and interpersonal skills
• High learning agility, strong capability for problem-solving, data analytic & decision making and comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience working with rental cars
• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
