We are currently searching for a talented Residential Concierge to join our team on a full time basis with open availability to take a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

• Maintain presence in the residential lobby providing residents with general information about the hotel or city
• Ensures compliance to all hotel policies, standards and core practices
• Providing assistance to contractors and visitors to residential units.
• Ensures each guest is warmly greeted and offered directions, as needed
• Ensure safety and security measures are taken and are in accordance with Shangri-La Standards
• Undertakes other ad hoc related responsibilities, as required
• Manages mail/courier arrangements for residents, accepting and processing deliveries for our residents
• Assist in handling of resident complaints and ensure that proper follow-up takes place
• Maintains expertise on and contacts with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events and entertainment
• Provides assistance in making reservations for restaurant/entertainment/transportation, as required
• General administration related to resident and estate owner accounts
• Exceed service expectations proactively, promptly, professionally, with genuine care to attention and detail
• General customer service inquiries from our residents
• Maintains positive internal and external relationships, familiarity with local venues, attractions, restaurants, events, and Shangri-La hospitality standards

Our Ideal Candidate Has The Following Skills

• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Previous experience with computer systems such as Micros, ALICE, Microsoft Office, Open Table software is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar capacity within another luxury or upscale hotel brand is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong administrative and organizational skills preferable
• Strong customer service skills required
