SCOPE OF THE JOB
As the Service Concierge , you will be responsible for supporting your Service Centre team with various day-to-day responsibilities. Your assistance will be required by the Service and Parts Teams to perform various functions, relating to the support of vehicle servicing and customer handling.

As the Service Concierge , you will quickly solidify your value within our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities And Tasks

• Oversee lot organization and clean-up
• Other administrative and support functions as needed
• Stage vehicles as needed
• Clean shop and perform miscellaneous tasks as required
• Deliver vehicles between production, service and sales operations
• Other related duties as required
• Courteously greet customers in Sales, Service, and Delivery, exemplifying VinFast’s customer-first philosophy
• Wash vehicles as needed
• Support Parts Team with daily tasks such as, but not limited to, receiving parts, stocking shelves, and parts delivery
• Provide customer convenience via vehicle pick up and delivery services
• Support Service Department in performing daily tasks
• Increase general productivity of the service center by supporting Advisors, Technicians, Parts

What You Bring

• Able to stand for 8 hours and must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Luxury experience, Electric Vehicle industry experience, start-up experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ability to learn other systems as required
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A passion for customer service, and for the Electric Vehicle industry
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract/record
• High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience
