We are searching for a talented, creative Web Developer and Designer to take charge of the web development aspects of our clients' projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both the aesthetic design of front-end development and the back-end technical aspects. You will work closely with our team to improve the user experience, create attractive designs, and optimize web performance. We believe simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, and candidates with simple but rich design principles will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design innovative and responsive web layouts and interfaces.
2. Maintain and improve the website's usability, design, and overall user experience.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and product team to design and launch new features.
4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends to keep our platform ahead of competitors.
5. Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
6. Convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML5 pages.
7. Be able to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and communicate with diverse team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Your degree does not matter. Your work does.
2. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
3. Experience in graphic design and proficiency with design software like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
4. A strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
5. Firm grasp of security principles and how they apply to E-Commerce applications.
6. Familiarity with web server technologies like Node.js or Apache.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
