SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Data and Analytics (DDA) group is looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join a team of analytics implementation specialists in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple digital & mobile platforms and applications across many lines of business within Bank Financial Group (Canada & U.S.)
Reporting into the Manager of Measurement Solutions, this position is accountable for implementation, continued integration and knowledge transfer of our analytics stack including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services and Ensighten. The DDA team is responsible for extracting business and customer value from digital data. We provide automated reporting and visualization to business partners, and use advanced analytics, data science and machine learning to build data-driven solutions to deliver richer, more connected personalized experiences to our customers.
Within DDA, the Measurement Solutions team is responsible for managing and enhancing the analytics capabilities of Bank digital & mobile projects, ad-hoc tagging requests and marketing support with best-in-class measurement strategies.
:
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementation using a combination of data layer, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configuration, custom JavaScript, JSON and applicable integrations with other systems.
- Ensure the timely delivery and accuracy of documentation and technical coding (HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript) via our Tag Management System
- Develop and own all implementation documents such as SDR, Data Layer specifications, custom JavaScript.
- Collaborate with technology teams on implementation of analytics solutions, including guidance on data layer implementation and troubleshooting, data feeds and integrations with other systems.
- Keep abreast of product updates (Adobe, Ensighten), best practices and proactively follow up with required changes in our implementation and appropriate communications.
- Manage daily operations and implementation of Bank's analytics stack (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Mobile Services, Ensighten) and 3rd party marketing tags (DoubleClick, Rakuten, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with our digital stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and overall measurement strategy for our digital and mobile customer journeys.
- Provide consultative service, training and validation support to quality assurance/testing teams.
MUST HAVE:
- Analytics experience – 2 years
- Adobe Launch experience
- Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics experience – 2 years
- Being able to meet and communicate with business partners and create needs to meet requirements.
- JAVA script experience – 3 years
- Development experience
NICE TO HAVE
- Ensighten experience
- Knowing Angular, JSON, etc
- Financial/Banking experience
