Responsibilities:

As a Web Developer at FoxiPrint.com, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our new e-commerce website, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create a seamless and visually appealing user experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Website Development: Lead the development of a responsive and user-friendly e-commerce website from concept to completion, integrating full shopping cart capabilities and smooth navigation.

2. Customer Account Management: Implement a secure and robust customer account system, allowing customers to create accounts, view their past purchases, and track their orders.

3. Product Pages Enhancement: Create dynamic and informative product pages that showcase our range of printing products with varying pricing options, highlighting key features, and presenting "what's new" in our product offerings.

4. Data Security and Privacy: Ensure the implementation of industry-leading security measures to protect customer data, payment information, and other sensitive details.

5. Optimization and Performance: Optimize the website's performance for speed and responsiveness to provide an optimal user experience.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into functional website features.

7. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth and bug-free user experience.

8. Email / sms marketing integration: email / sms marketing integration within the website where we can segment the marketing blasts through either email or SMS based on the client's preferences ie restaurants, surfing schools, therapists, government agencies, etc... and what products are needed in those industries.

9. Responsive Design: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and compatible with various devices and browsers.

10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the website's functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2. Proven experience in developing e-commerce websites with full shopping cart capabilities and user account management.

3. Proficiency in web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

4. Experience with popular e-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento).

5. Familiarity with database systems and SQL.

6. Strong understanding of web security best practices and protocols.

7. Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile optimization.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with API integrations for payment gateways and order tracking systems.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
