Intermediate and Junior Project Managers (Multiple required)
Location: Lower Mainland, British Columbia

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager with a strong background in construction project management to join our fast-growing engineering consultancy. This role will oversee a portfolio of small to medium sized projects across various urban environments. The successful candidate will have prior experience managing civic construction projects, utilities, public works, and community buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Collaborate with a Senior Project Manager to effectively manage and deliver a range of construction projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to urban projects across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
- Oversee pre-construction and mid-construction phases of projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations, best practices, and client requirements.
- Foster a collaborative environment and lead by example to drive project success.
- Coordinate project documentation, meetings, and communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage the preparation and submission of RFP tenders and vendor qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in relevant project management software.
- Proven experience in overseeing small to medium size projects, from initiation to completion.
- Ability to travel across the Lower Mainland for site visits.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in an engineering consultancy.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of civic construction, utilities, public works, and community buildings.
