Our client specializes in ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional) construction. They have completed 500+ projects since establishing themselves. They are recognized as a leading construction company and are continuing to succeed in their space with a strong pipeline of future projects.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has previously worked on new build ICI construction projects from start to finish. ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and working directly with the Superintendents on site. You will be based on site in Abbotsford overseeing a massive tilt up project. Responsibilities will include:

• Overall project performance
• Budgeting scheduling quality control, permitting,
• Support Project Coordinators.
• Review bids, prepare tender packages.
• Relationship management with contractors, clients, consultants, and site staff.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work on site with the site crew.
• 5 years experience managing $5M+ ICI new build projects from start to finish with a general contractor.
• Develop and execute project plans.
• Software Experience (Sitemax, MS Project, Timberline)
• Construction Management or Engineering Education.
