Project Control Officer / Junior Project Manager

Job Title: Project Control Officer or Junior Project Manager

Duration: 6-month contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days per week in the office mandatory- 50%

Location: Downtown Toronto

As a Project Control Officer or Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for using our PM tools and techniques (i.e. the project management lifecycle) to ensure successful completion of projects.

NOTE: Not looking for Program or Portfolio managers or leaders.

We are looking for a classic senior project control officer or junior project manager – a person who will work with a project lead to track and document project tasks in detail, work with stakeholders and the project team members to ensure tasks are being completed and reported properly, identify potential project risks, and ultimately produce project reports and visualizations.

Qualifications

We are keen to hear from professionals with the following experiences:

• Developing Gannt and similar charts and reports.
• Experience using PowerBI or Tableau is an asset
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management software
