Job Description
Calling all Administrative or Customer Service Representatives in Vancouver!
Do you have experience in the banking or real estate industry? Are you a tech savvy team player with strong communication skills with the ability to multi task and navigate multiple systems? Are you a Junior Title Officer looking to join a company that is committed to the success of each employee and offers challenge, purpose, and the opportunity to grow in a team-oriented environment?

Responsibilities
  • Assist with reports, filing and data entry as required.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance the overall customer service experience
  • Review documents via email to identify discrepancies for Title Officers
  • Work independently on a day to day
  • Provide customer support via email and phone with Lenders/ Brokers/ Lawyers
  • Working collaboratively with a team of Title Officers, Junior Title Officers, and team Leads
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is considered an asset
  • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Working knowledge of Social media automation tools
  • Ability to read Canada wide title searches
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
