Are you organized with a keen eye to detail? Do you enjoy providing exceptional service to customers? If your answer is yes then we are looking for you! We are currently recruiting for a Title Officer to join a small knit team in Downtown Vancouver.
This opportunity is a full-time permanent role with vacation and benefits included!
The ideal Title Officer is someone who is able to multitask, work under pressure and is a team player. The Title Officer will act as a key player within the business operations as you interact with lenders, brokers, and bankers.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is looking for professional growth within the company. We are looking for someone to join the Vancouver team by May.

What YOU will be doing as a Title Officer?
- Remain up to date on all corporate and lender policies/procedures
- Identify and manage all issues with title discrepancies with Lender representatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, phone and the online portal
- Request and review payout statements from financial institutions and calculate necessary payout amounts
- Read and make necessary amendments to internal records
- Prepare applicable documents (mortgage documents, title change documents etc)
What YOU bring to the role as a Title Officer?
- Flexible, adaptable and open to learning
- Graduate of a law clerk/legal admin program
- 2-3 years of experience within the financial sector or previously worked as a law clerk
- Detail oriented and proven ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Great communication skills and customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Outlook
