Job Details
  • You understand that success is in the details and execute transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines / procedures while adhering to all Service Level Agreements.
  • You use your strong relationship building skills to interact with peers and various levels within and outside of the team as required while communicating effectively. all levels of management across multiple businesses while efficiently communicating your insights and plans in an effective and timely manner.
  • Your critical thinking skills identifies process improvements, aids in your decision making, and allow allowing for good business judgment and problem-solving outcomes by support partners.
  • It's an exciting time to be in Payment and Correspondent Banking Services as we are looking for a team member who takes ownership of their role and ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process.
  • Prioritizing deliverables based on business needs and timelines while providing a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions for own Operations function.
Job Requirements
  • Support change management projects or programs that impact the business, functions or processes and ensure clear communication and documentation is in place.

  • Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained.
  • Meet changing business needs with flexibility, required to work overtime and some statutory holidays.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and new process and technology improvements.
  • Support partners with both inbound and outbound requests from various channels, answering questions to perform adjustments within authority levels.
  • Communicate with Partners in a professional manner, demonstrating clear understanding of customers/partners needs.
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures as per audit compliance.
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers, root or systemic causes of cross functional operational issues, interpret findings and make recommendations.
  • Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
  • Execute complex transactions and provide overrides accurately, in a timely manner to meet the established guidelines / procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions.
Additional Information
  • 0 – 1+ year relevant experience, retail or wire payment experience is an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred and/or
