SMS - Responsible for upholding the general safety management responsibilities in the Safety Management System within the areas under their control

Monitor appropriate HR measures to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and ensure compliance with the organization's policies and regulatory requirements

Relevant work experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding across multiple disciplines

Negotiation and partnership skills to balance stakeholder input while remaining objective to reach the right outcome

3+ years relevant experience in a Legal, Compliance and/or Risk Management function

Experience developing governance documentation (i.e., policies, frameworks, processes, guidelines), reporting, and presentations.

Previous privacy experience, including a designation with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), would be considered an asset.

Support industry advocacy activities in relation to upcoming regulatory changes.

Maintain Privacy's inventory of laws, rules and regulations (LRRs) and mapping to Risk Owners in coordination with the jurisdictional privacy offices.

Consult on development of requirements and specifications and apply functional knowledge of business functions to design optimal software / systems

Review technical deliverables throughout detailed design and development phase to ensure quality adherence and identify gaps or redesign requirements as needed

Contribute to the advancement of the TD engineering practice through strong collaboration, research, analytic, and problem-solving skills

Accountable for complex applications/systems development, programming /coding

Work with Technology partners to define metrics and performance goals for the application

Identify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity
