5+ years' experience in an International Trade Finance Operations environment

Bachelor Degree in Finance, International Business or other related Discipline

Interest Rate, Currency and Derivative Products

Reviewing text of guarantees requested by clients and providing comments either directly to clients or relationship managers

Proactively working with others to fulfill different processing requirements in order to ensure processing requests in a timely manner

Bachelor Degree in Finance, International Business or other related discipline an asset

Complete understanding of trade finance business including operating environment, business processes and transaction lifecycle

Proven skills in providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships

Manage a portfolio of syndicated Corporate Client borrowing accounts as an Administrative Agent and liaise with participant lenders.

Perform secondary checks/approvals, and review end of day transactions as one of the more experienced members of the team.

Experience in Access Management processes and controls

Participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities

Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team

Connect with various partners to understand new access control requirements
