En tant que Superviseur des ventes internes, vous aiderez la direction de la succursale à formuler des stratégies de vente et à les mettre en œuvre, ainsi qu'à élaborer des plans et des budgets pour développer les comptes, les marges et recruter de nouveaux clients. Vous dirigez le personnel qui vous est confié afin d'atteindre et d'optimiser les niveaux établis d'objectifs de performance commerciale, de service, de productivité et de qualité. Vous maintiendrez le moral des employés à un niveau positif tout en servant la clientèle d'une manière économique.
Responsabilités
- Former et encadrer le personnel des ventes internes et au comptoir en ce qui concerne la saisie des commandes, les devis, l'amélioration des marges, la résolution des problèmes et l'étiquette de la communication.
- Participer à la répartition de la charge de travail de l'équipe.
- Analyser les tendances et contribuer aux plans d'action de la succursale pour corriger les problèmes, améliorer le service et optimiser la productivité.
- Superviser immédiatement le personnel des ventes internes et des comptoirs.
- Diriger la gestion du crédit en ce qui concerne l'extension du crédit et le recouvrement des comptes débiteurs, ainsi que les réclamations et les déductions.
- Prendre l'initiative et l'orientation de la direction de la succursale et les communiquer aux employés.
- Vérifier les registres de présence, donner son avis sur les questions de recrutement, participe à l'évaluation des performances, prendre des initiatives en matière de formation et de développement du personnel et participer aux mesures disciplinaires.
- Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs pour les autorisations de retour.
- Fournir et organiser la formation aux produits pour l'équipe et les fournisseurs.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente interne.
- Connaissance des principes et des processus de prestation de services à la clientèle, y compris l'évaluation des besoins des clients, le respect des normes de qualité des services et l'évaluation de la satisfaction des clients.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; diplôme de premier cycle de préférence.
- 2 ans d'expérience dans la supervision des ventes et dans la gestion des pertes et profits du site du département.
- 3 ans d'expérience en électricité de préférence.
- Procédures et systèmes administratifs et de bureau tels que le traitement de texte, la gestion de dossiers et d'archives et d'autres procédures et terminologies de bureau.
- Gestion du temps.
- Connaissance des principes de gestion et d'entreprise, y compris la planification stratégique, l'affectation des ressources, les techniques de leadership, les méthodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources.
- Faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe, de leadership et de flexibilité.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et d'informatique.
- Solides compétences verbales, écrites, analytiques, persuasives et interpersonnelles.
As the Supervisor - Inside Sales, you will assist branch management in formulation of sales strategies and executes, plans and budgets to grow accounts, margin, and recruit new customers. You will provide leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality. You will maintain positive employee morale while servicing customer base in an economical way.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette.
- Serves as liaison with suppliers for return authorizations.
- Provides and organizes product training for team and vendors.
- Verifies attendance records, provides input on hiring matters, assists with performance appraisals, takes direction on training and development of staff, and assists with disciplinary actions.
- Assists with team workload distribution.
- Analyzes trends and provides input on branch action plans to correct issues, improve service, and optimize productivity.
- Directs credit management in extension of credit and collection of accounts receivable le claims and deductions.
- Takes leadership and direction from branch management and communicates to employees.
- Provides immediate supervision of inside sales and counter personnel.
- 3 years of electrical experience preferred.
- Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
- Time management.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelors’ Degree preferred
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and flexibility
- 2 years preferred of sales supervision and department site P&L.
- 5+ years required of inside sales experience.
