Recruiter Responsibilities

• You’re a storyteller, making a compelling case for why someone should be interested in your job and why a client should hire your candidate
• You’re a relationship builder, starting meaningful conversations with people to uncover their true passions and talents
• You’re a community builder, positioning yourself as the hiring expert on social media
• You’re a detective, mining all available platforms and trying new ways of sourcing the right person for your role

Recruiter Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset: someone who is accountable & curious
• KPI driven: someone who understands that there can be a formula to success
• Experience working in retail: Key Holder, Store Manager, Customer Service, or Hospitality experience an asset
• Growth mindset: someone who wants to grow alongside us

Recruiter Employment Details

• Benefits: Health, dental, RRSP matching etc.
• Employment Type: Permanent; full-time (Monday to Friday)
