We are looking for a Field Coordinator to join our expanding team. The Field Coordinator will play a vital role in recruiting and monitoring workers. This individual will be in charge of verifying project details, managing deployment schedules, ensuring adherence to safety certifications, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking records. The Field Coordinator will also connect with local communities to present current job openings and operate under the guidance of senior management.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior management to execute recruitment strategies and fulfill project staffing requirements.
  • Engage with Indigenous local communities to communicate current job openings and emphasize Grizzlytrek Group Ltd.'s vison creating long term sustainable employment for indigenous people across Canada
  • Confirm that all workers possess valid safety certificates and enter this information into the Workhub safety certificate tracking system.
  • Support the recruitment and monitoring of workers for diverse projects.
  • Update the ATS applicant tracking spreadsheet and keep precise records. Aid supervisors in dispatching workers and updating the tracking sheet accordingly
  • Offer support to training and development community groups
  • Confirm project information and guarantee the accurate recording of all essential details.
  • Organize deployment schedules for personnel, adjusting as necessary based on project needs.
  • Participate in Indigenous career affairs as needed ( travel will be required)


Qualifications:


  • Willingness to travel to indigenous communities and attend career events as needed.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of indigenous cultures and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
