Senior PM (Contract Position)

Senior Project Manager with strong business-related experience

The Group Benefits Business Projects & Solutions team is looking for an experienced, proactive and energetic Project Manager with previous experience working on complex projects and programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, instinctively seek out innovative solutions, and view challenges as opportunities. This position requires a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure successful execution of a variety of concurrent business and technology projects within the Group Benefits portfolio. The incumbent will be accountable for guiding and supporting delivery for all assigned projects, including developing subject matter expertise in the business and relevant capabilities, supporting Business Analysts/Consultants in understanding and communicating business aspirations and strategies, and developing effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the company's to facilitate execution.

The Business Projects & Solutions team is part of the Canadian Operations group and provides program and project management services, business analysis and support services to the Canadian Operations organization.
