What will your typical day look like?
With guidance from senior team members, the Learning Specialist will support execution of the business learning strategy and act as the first point of contact for learning inquiries. They will use established procedures to support the delivery of virtual and live learning programs, which requires strong project management skills and collaborate with learning champions on the development of digital learning experiences. They will assist with administrative tasks e.g., invoice processing, data analysis, reporting, presentation development. Additionally, they will cultivate relationships across the Learning & Development portfolio as well as other teams/functions across the greater organization. Finally, the Learning Specialist will have opportunities to contribute to L&D projects that support the Firm’s strategic learning priorities.

You are someone who has:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. D ue to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
- 2+ years’ experience in learning and development, human resources or another related field
- University degree or college diploma
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Travel will be required if residing outside of the GTA
- Exceptional technical knowledge of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, team collaboration sites, and Zoom, along with the ability to adapt to new applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
