Job Description

Sunday Glow is a fast-growing skincare startup founded in 2020, we invented the first and only personalized Korean mask box. We are looking for hard-working and problem-solvers who are passionate about skincare and social media marketing. As the Social Media Marketing manager, you will be responsible to manage the daily execution of our social media content—in support of our brand vision & business goals. You will have a deep understanding of skincare and social media trends, as well as the ability to create visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our audience. It is a fully remote position with a bonus program.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and promotions.
  • Execute day-to-day operations of social media content across multiple platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest)
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
  • Develop a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values.
  • Create on-brand visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to inform future content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, highly motivated to learn and a problem-solver at heart
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for content creation.
  • Strong desire to increase your understanding of the skincare and e-commerce sectors
  • Experience working with startups is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of skincare trends, small business trends and industry best practices.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing fast-growing social media accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
