Job Description

Proactive Health Care Team, a division of Don Mills Physio Medic Inc., is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to become an integral part of its organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops, executes, and supports an SEO/SEM strategy for a healthcare facility
  • Conducts research on hashtag performance to track progress, presenting findings and refinement strategies to management
  • Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness
  • Stays on top of the latest trends to ensure the website is always one step ahead of the competition
  • Performs ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Creates or assists in the editing of social media content (written, photo, and video) to optimize both traffic and conversion rates for customers


Qualifications:

  • Ability to use design or practical video editing tools (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills, with a passion for using data in making informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team atmosphere
  • Impressive presentation skills
  • Proficient with a variety of website analytics tools
  • 2 years in SEO/SEM optimization (preferred)
  • Ability to commute to or plan to relocate in Scarborough, ON
  • Creative and able to leverage skills for effective storytelling in various multimedia platforms
  • Experience in running ads on social media


Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in multimedia marketing communications or related field
  • Master’s degree in business an advantage



Job Type:Full-Time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Benefits: extended health care, wellness program

Schedule: 8-hour shift (day)
