THE WORK

• Establish a strong social media presence and a well engaged audience.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our company’s market presence.
• Creating awareness of our company’s business activities and employer brand.
• Own budget management for the promotion of social media posts and PPC advertising.
• Plan, create and adapt daily content in both English and Spanish for our social media accounts.
• Lead and manage SEO/SEM and social media advertising campaigns.
• Develop and perform weekly reports on key social analytics, metrics and trends.
• Work with our Design team to ideate and create new social media content that reflects our unique brand voice.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• Proven success in online marketing campaigns, social media growth, and brand awareness.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Notion.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• Versatile content creation for different platforms expertise including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience in budget optimization, campaigns, and ads reporting.
• Solid community management expertise.
• Strong project management abilities.
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
