Social Media Manager / Content Creator - Toronto

Consume Tech brand seeks a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager/Content Creator, you will develop and implement our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage all social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content creation, and proactively identify new opportunities for brand exposure.
• Track and analyze key social media metrics and provide regular reports to management, suggesting areas for improvement and growth.
• Create and curate compelling, shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience, including text, images, and video.
• Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and leverage them to improve our social media presence and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and industry to ensure accurate representation in social media content.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Good creativity ability and aesthetic taste
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, diligent, eager to learn
• Experience or knowledge in photo/videography and graphic editing is preferred
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and consumer preferences
• Experience or knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustration, In-design) is preferred
• Have at least 1-2 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
