POSITION: Content / Tiktok Creator

This is a Part time role for a candidate who can create content for various audiences through compelling storytelling and writing. You will be focused on daily video content that tells the story of our people, brand and our mission. This is a very dynamic roll that will interact with all departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Storyboard weekly content deliverables
• Tell the story of our brand via social platforms
• Test and analyze content
• Create video content for social outlets
• Identify influencer partners
• Keep up with tiktok / reel trends
• Increase TikTok followers
• Track growth and engagement to determine future direction

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

• Team player that promotes a positive team environment
• Technical skills for creating & editing video content
• Knowledge of photo and video editing programs (Photoshop, Indesign, Final Cut, iMovie, Capcut, Premier Pro ect)
• Knowledge of TikTok and its algorithm - you must be a regular TikTok user
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Understanding of current social media and fashion trends
• Computer for editing
