Communications Coordinator And Content Creator

We are looking for a talented Communications Coordinator and Content Creator to join our team at Amplify Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of creating engaging content across various platforms. The successful candidate will love organization, care deeply about customer service, have an eagle eye for detail, and be an effective communicator. You are a great team player too, able to work with a driven and talented team. The work schedule is flexible, and work is primarily from home, with some in-person team meetings or client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Experience in graphic design or video production is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality, compelling content for a variety of audiences.
• Manage editorial/content calendars and ensure content is published on time and meets brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to develop messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Create and manage content across various channels including website, social media, blog, email marketing, and other digital and print materials.
• Work in collaboration with our team to develop and then execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts.

Working conditions:

Flexible to work from anywhere, primarily your own home office. Some travel may be required for in-person team or client meetings/events. The successful candidate preferably lives within the Kamloops, B.C. region.

Physical requirements:

This position is set primarily in a home office setting with minimal lifting and carting of materials for external events.

Reports to CEO and Project Manager.
