Responsibilities:

• Driving social-first creative content development with a focus on short-form videos that engage audiences and push creative boundaries

• Collaborate as a team to develop an impactful content strategy that resonates with the target audience, resulting in a systematic written report

• Mentor a team of planners and content creators across creative research units to guide work, foster creativity, provide feedback and monitor implementation

• Provide product experience optimization strategies based on actual use experience, and propose optimization suggestions for the content of video resources in the product, so as to increase the influence of the company's products in overseas markets

• Work with product to align content with product goals and brand guidelines

• Stay abreast of emerging social media content, tools and platform trends to advance our product ideas

• Foster innovation and excellence across the department through thought leadership and creative direction

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in social media video production and marketing

• Demonstrated success in developing, overseeing and executing a social-first content strategy

• Experience coaching teams of content creators

• Excellent communication skills and project management

• Passion and experience in creating long-form, short-form videos and other forms of social content

• Experience creating quality content on TikTok or YouTube

• Possess strong review, analysis and optimization capabilities, and can deeply analyze the effects of video resources and make improvements;

• A deep understanding of local culture, the social habits of millennials, and a passion for the industry

• Expertise in developing marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms

• Great attention to details to ensure high-quality content output
