Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Social Media & Marketing Coordinator for Petite Revery to join our growing team. The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be a key member in our mission to provide outstanding customer experiences on our social platforms, website & other marketing channels for Petite Revery. You are passionate about conceptualising and creating unique and inspiring digital content and are confident and proficient using various editing software. You will be working directly with your peers and our management team to both help build and execute our social media & digital strategy to drive our marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with organisation and activation of photoshoots, trade shows, pop-up shops and special events
• Monitoring and executing social community management, working with our Customer Service team to ensure regular coverage and a consistent brand experience across channels
• Assist with building and executing social media strategy to increase engagement and improve brand awareness
• Coordinate brand collaborations, giveaways and influencer outreach
• Work collaboratively with the Nest Designs social media team to create content and help build out and maintain marketing calendar, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive engagement
• Creating monthly reports to track social KPIs to ensure that the content being shared is meeting goals of audience growth and engagement
• Account management and content creator for Petite Revery’s Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Tik Tok accounts

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Need to Have:

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong understanding of the Social Media landscape, specifically Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
• Understanding of Social Media KPI’s and metrics
• Strong computer literacy skills – particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly creative with ability to capture the brands tone of voice and aesthetic
• Strong eye for design and experience working with Canva or similar program to design social content
• Experience creating Reels and TikToks on your phone; you’re familiar with video editing tools and comfortable both directing people and being in front of the camera yourself
• Organised with strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under competing priorities and deadlines
• Degree or diploma in marketing/digital media/e-commerce/communications or related discipline
• Experience working with Influencers – you know how to find and engage the right influencers and negotiate terms
• Minimum of 1-2 years of social media or marketing experience, working for a consumer brand or at an agency working on a lifestyle, fashion or consumer products brand
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of children’s apparel industry would be an asset
• Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
• Shopify knowledge and experience would be an asset
