Social Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with management and other marketing team members. You will be taking responsibility of the social media platform, driving website traffic and provide strategic utilization of social media marketing.

You will possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms. You will be helping engage existing and potential customers by promoting products/services and create strong brand connections.

This position has a hybrid/remote option for the right candidate. Competitive salary and extended health benefits are covered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, edit, publish and share content (text, images, video, HTML, etc.) to built connections.
• Manage and/or set guidelines for communication on Social Media with potential customers.
• Set up pages in each social media platform to increase the visibility of the company.
• Lead, plan and implement social media marketing strategy and robust online marketing campaign for our brand on all social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Determine content and photos required for strategy.
• Conduct competitive research, benchmarking and audience identification.
• Develop KPI’s by capturing and analyzing data/metrics, insights and best practices.
• Help promote brand awareness

Requirements:

• Excellent editing and presentation skills (photo/video/text).
• Have the ability to multi-task in a teamwork environment.
• Experience with Paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Knowledge on major marketing channels and online marketing
• Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
• Creative thinker and “outside the box” problem-solver.
• Degree in Marketing and/or related field.
• 5+ years experience with Social Media Marketing.
