AgWest is looking for aService Supervisorto support the service team of field and shop technicians, service administrators, as well as customers, to achieve their potential. As the Service Supervisor, you will inspire your team, colleagues, and customers by creating rewarding and valued experiences for all.
The Service Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that the work performed both in the field and in the shop is completed in a professional manner with quality workmanship. In addition, you must ensure that the shop operates in accordance with the department’s quality, safety, profitability and customer service standards.
As the Service Supervisor you will:
- Coordinating, supervising, directing, and advising staff and customers.
- Maintain a positive working relationship between internal and external customers and employees.
- Lead a positive and creative team environment based on mutual trust and respect.
- Review work orders for proper invoicing to customers and warranty.
- Resolve sensitive and non-routine customer issues.
- Develop and oversee departmental processes and operations.
- Anticipate customer needs and ensure effective management of same.
- Monitor performance of duties and responsibilities of staff while evaluating processes to attain optimum customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure a safe work environment and promote positive morale among staff.
- Create employee work schedules and customer quotes, schedules, and invoices.
- Use analytical techniques to identify & solve causes of departmental concerns.
- Establish priorities, outlining goals and assuring completion of objectives.
You and Your Experience:
- Mechanical experience in all divisions (AG, Truck, Heavy, Lift).
- Completion of High School Diploma.
- Strong leadership and communication with experience collaborating with others.
- Mathematical and computer knowledge.
- Ability to overcome continuous pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy, or similar demands.
- Highly motivated individual with initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-past environment.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and people skills.
