Joining our Commercial Business Security (CBS), you will use your analytical mindset to identify opportunities and play a critical role in leading strategic cross-functional programs focused on driving profitability and subscriber growth, while transforming our CBS field service delivery model across Canada.

We are the CBS Strategy & Development Program team, dedicated to delivering exceptional growth of the TELUS Commercial Business Security segment, while offering the best customer and team member experience in Canada. Our common goal is to drive revenue and subscriber growth within our CBS Field Operations team, while streamlining processes to improve our customer and team member experience. Our team members embrace change and initiate opportunity, and our best work emerges in a dynamic, fast paced, and growth-oriented environment.


Here's How


  • Leverage your expertise in business case development to identify opportunities and create a burning platform to gain buy-in from all levels of stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations, facilitate workshops, set-up governance structures and negotiate or influence key decision makers.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic programs and lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, optimize processes and deliver strategic programs to transform our CBS Field Operations and deliver on our commitment to provide a superior customer experience
  • Provide business-consulting expertise to identify, plan and execute key operational improvements to drive strategic transformational change within our service delivery model.
  • Contribute to communicating project status updates including key performance indicators to various levels of the Executive Leadership Team, Business Enablement Leadership team, Front Line Managers, Management Professionals and Front Line Team


Qualifications


You're the missing piece of the puzzle


  • Passion for learning and sharing of knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and similar Google tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) including the development of executive level presentations and reporting on KPIs
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of management, including cross functional teams and senior executives
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and facilitation skills
  • Strategic visionary with business acumen, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter that has the ability to embrace change and adapt team strategy and redirect focus to fit business strategy
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting a high-performing and results-driven team
  • Post-Secondary Degree and 5-8 years’ relevant experience is preferred


Great-to-haves


  • PMP or other Project Management designations
  • Broad organizational/industry knowledge
  • Understanding of Smart Home Security & Automation products and business model
  • Entrepreneurial approach to getting results delivered
  • Understanding of consulting methods and framework
