A proven background in sales of physical security or physical security client management experience is required;

A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended;

A proven track record in strong presentation skills; Excellent negotiation and organizational skills;

5-10 years of relevant experience in a project management role delivering complex transformation programs across cross-functional business areas.

Support the Security Director in delivering all security management functions related to Initial Works.

Assists with contract management, agreements, and stakeholder relationships, as required.

Attend to Safety Certification Committee or the Contracting Authority Safety Performance Review Committee and ensure all stakeholders follow the project’s requirements.

High level of proficiency in coordinating methodology and project management tools (PMP).

Project management knowledge and experience

Drive and accelerate the implementation of an approved security management plan

Understand the security management plan and the findings of the Client's comprehensive security risk threat assessment

Ability to capably support a change management process in a corporate security context

Upskill and expand the capability of the Client's local security workforce

Work in close partnership with the Superintendent of Security on all duties and responsibilities

Relevant and progressive claims experience, inclusive of technical and coverage issues, management / resolution.

Post-secondary education, or equivalent industry experience

Lead, manage and develop claim associates to maximize full performance potential

Provide coaching on claims technical skills and strategic direction on claims handling

Creates and delivers performance reviews along with action plans to manage performance

A minimum of 3-5 years of claims handling experience; handling complex files
