Location: Oshawa, Ontario.

Job Type: Contract & Hybrid.

Candidates needs to be in office- 3 days in a week or as per the guidelines of HM.

  • Experience in working and leading electronic payments solutions.
  • Banking sector experience is beneficial.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for an innovative leader with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • This individual will work collaboratively with clients, vendors and delivery partners building trust and demonstrating accountability.
  • Provide delivery leadership for modern streamlined ePayment channels in alignment with OPS technology roadmap for enterprise services, including user centric design and automated reconciliation.
  • In this role you must be able to partner with and work effectively across multiple project workstreams to leverage a diverse team and manage changing priorities.
  • And enterprise-wide.
  • Ensure accountability for the RIDE project and the successful full life cycle delivery including transition from project to operational model and overseeing the related change management activities.
  • Ensure Portal Stream scope of deliverables are cost effective and efficient and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
  • You will achieve results by leveraging your ability to establish formal and informal networks within and across the organization, enabling you to remove barriers and mitigate risks.
  • Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiative that is multijurisdictional


General Skills:


1.Lead and manage a cross-functional team in the delivery of a modern, integrated payment processing, imaging, and data capture solution.


2. Collaborate across project workstreams to ensure open and transparent communications, alignment of vision and project goals, and coordinated progress of shared deliverables.


3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and delivery partners to mitigate risks and remove barriers, in support of successful implementation.


4. Coordinate and provide input to the development, tracking, and reporting of project financial forecasts in alignment with approved project budget.


5. Provide oversight and direction on creation and presentation of executive level materials including for example options analysis, status reports, briefing and decision notes.


6. Identify staffing needs and opportunities, work with Senior Manager to inform resource planning and communicating deliverables.


7. Promote a values-based and inclusive team through employee engagement, communicating deliverables, setting, and evaluating performance standards, and promptly addressing performance and employee relations matters.


8. Champion a respectful work environment across a diverse team that includes Cluster staff, clients, vendors, and delivery partners.


9. Knowledge Transfer Plan

Knowledge Transfer activities will commence 5 months prior to the end of contract.


Documentation activities are expected to be an ongoing effort during the contract, with the final


official Documentation KT activities being specific to getting documentation finalized, Cleaned up and formalized for use by other parties.


Documentation (Oct. 2023 through March.2024) – The contractor will document the


following information in an agreed upon format:


-All Program related documents pertinent to ongoing program management for RIDE post


implementation be shared with Sr. Manager


-Job Shadowing (Jan 2024 – March 2024) Provide “over the shoulder” KT to FTE to include:


Daily, Weekly, Monthly Program Management


Post Implementation Program Strategy Transition Support


Close out of any outstanding documentation updates
