Senior Manager, Fulfillment Jobs

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the Omni operation of a Department (s) and/or SBU. This position is an expert on all elements of Supply Chain Management including inventory management, end to end product flow, forecasting and planning of promotion and regular replenishment, on shelf availability, fill rate and financial planning. This position is responsible for strategic execution of a SBU and managing a group of fulfillment managers.

What you'll do...

Collaborates with Merchandise Directors and Sr. Demand Managers to align strategic business objectives and initiatives to drive replenishment strategies by planning and executing the flow of domestic and imported goods;

Providing insights and reports to demand managers for category team meetings (for example: in-stock updates, special event planning, inventory flow plans);

Managing suppliers, carrier and network interactions to hold accountability for meaningful fill rate and on time delivery improvements based on targets.

Lead planning and flow execution for promotions and events – influencing the committed quantities for all events, digests, flyer and price activities while planning the flow for domestic and imported products for a seamless execution. Providing recommendations to the business on appropriate actions to exit and clear residual stock from the programs.

Work with the merchandise Directors and the Sr. Demand managers to build and execute inventory action plans in order to achieve improved inventory health and working capital dept and divisional targets.

Recruit, develop, lead and manage the Fulfillment Managers team within the area of responsibility;

Accountable for root cause reports on availability gaps and providing recommendations to the business for corrections/actions to recover. This will include iterations with the Sr. Demand Planning Manager to ensure forecast improvements are being achieved in areas of concern.

Partner with Logistics and Transportation on Integrated Planning and execution of flow to support the business growth across stores and Ecommerce.
