BI-LINGUAL REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT (FRENCH/ENGLISH) – LOGISTICS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT - EXCELLENT SALARY AND BONUS, BENEFITS, RRSP MATCHING AND VACATION ALLOTMENT; FLEXIBLE HOURS AND HALF DAY FRIDAYS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have been retained by our multi-national client to search for a Bi-Lingual Regional Sales Assistant. You must be fluent in English and French to qualify for this job.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director in Mississauga, the Regional Sales Assistant will provide all inside sales support for Regional Sales Managers in Canada. There are 6 Regional Sales Assistants on the team, and you will provide administrative and organizational support for all client accounts (Key Accounts and Street Accounts) across Canada.
This is a fast paced organization and the Regional Sales Assistant is critical to the growth of the Canadian Territory.
The employer has moved into a brand new state-of-the-art facility featuring new office space, kitchen demonstrations and a corporate chef on board.
This position is on-site and non hybrid. Working hours are flexible. Come in anytime to the office from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. You will work an 8 hour day. Fridays are half days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check Inventory, monitor back orders, provide quotations, order entry, delivery and AR follow up to respective dealers using SAP Software.
Data Entry and inputting all customer related and sales related data to SalesForce CRM and SAP SD Module.
Ensure all dealer accounts have sufficient and current credit coverage with external company wide credit insurance.
Recommend and implement improvement to sales/marketing/administrative procedures and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of Inventory, Order Management, Inside Sales Support to a Sales team within a fast – paced environment.
Fluently Bilingual (English and both spoken and written French).
Numbers orientated, fact focused and concise with excellent English communication skills. Data centric individual.
Must have Knowledge of SAP Standard SD Module or any related experience ERP software.
Excellent technical skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working Knowledge of CRM; e.g. Salesforce.
Customer Service skills working with Accounts across Canada including Quebec.
Culinary experience or interest working in Food Service is an asset.
Ability to Speak, Write and Understand English and French is a must and analyze business periodicals, trade journals.
Must have a valid Driver License and Car to commute everyday to the office in Mississauga, ON
Advanced knowledge of French (Mandatory) and English (Mandatory)
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary: $65,000 per annum + $5,000 bonus (Year End- FY Dec 31).
20 Vacation Days (PTO) to start. (Pro Rated) till December 31, 2023.
Full Benefits After 90 Days.
